Availability and booking
Our first stays begin on Friday 18 December 2026.
Booking requests are open for either cabin from that date. No payment is taken on this website: you send us the nights you want and the family confirms availability, the total and the terms in writing.
No payment is taken on this website. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your dates and the remaining 75% is processed separately, before your stay. Nothing is confirmed until we have written to you with the full total, the deposit and the cancellation terms.

Rates are per cabin rather than per person, and each night of the stay is charged separately. The departure date is never charged: a Wednesday arrival with a Friday departure is Wednesday at £250.00 plus Thursday at £300.00, £550.00 in total.
What we settle with you directly
Every stay is a minimum of two nights, and a 25% deposit of the total payable is required to secure your dates. That deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 75% is not taken with the deposit. It is processed separately, as its own payment, before your stay, and we confirm the amount, the date and the method with you in writing first.

How pricing works
Each night is priced on its own weekday rate, per cabin rather than per person. A Wednesday to Friday stay is charged at Wednesday's rate plus Thursday's rate; the departure date is never charged.
