Booking Terms

Confirmed nightly rates

Accommodation is charged per cabin, per night, in pounds sterling. Each occupied night is charged at the rate for that night; the departure date is never charged.

Monday: £250.00 per cabin.

Tuesday: £250.00 per cabin.

Wednesday: £250.00 per cabin.

Thursday: £300.00 per cabin.

Friday: £300.00 per cabin.

Saturday: £300.00 per cabin.

Sunday: £300.00 per cabin.

A Wednesday arrival with a Friday departure therefore includes Wednesday at £250.00 and Thursday at £300.00, £550.00 before any extras or mandatory charges.

Seasonal rates

The rates above are the confirmed standard rates. We may publish seasonal rates for future periods. A seasonal rate only applies to a stay booked after it is published, and it never changes the price of a booking that has already been confirmed and recorded.

Guest capacity

Both cabins are confirmed as sleeping between four and six guests, and the sleeping arrangements for each are shown on its own page. A booking request is checked against that confirmed capacity before we accept it.

Minimum stay

Every stay is a minimum of two nights. A single night cannot be booked, and a request for one night will not be accepted.

Booking requests and deposit

A request submitted through this website is not a confirmed booking, and no card details are taken on this website. A stay is only agreed once we have replied in writing with availability, the full payable total and these terms.

A deposit of 25% of the total payable for the stay is due on booking. That deposit is non-refundable, so please be sure of your dates before you commit to them.

The remaining 75% is charged separately from the deposit, as its own payment, and is due before your stay. We will confirm the exact amount, the date and how to pay it in writing.

Each of these will be published here and included in your written confirmation before you commit to anything.

• Balance payment date.
• Check-in and checkout times.
• Cancellation, amendment and refund terms.
• Any cleaning fee or other mandatory charge.
• Pet limits and any pet charge.
• Tax treatment of the rates shown.
• Sauna and padel session availability and any charges.

Extras

Optional extras are shown separately from accommodation. An extra cannot be added to a stay until it is active, priced and able to be fulfilled. Nothing is added to a booking by default. Champagne will only be offered once sale, fulfilment and age-verification arrangements are in place.

Facilities

Each cabin has its own private hot tub. The sauna and the indoor padel court are on-site facilities shared by guests. Cabin bookings do not imply unlimited or included access to either: sauna sessions and court time are arranged on separate diaries, and any charge will be confirmed in writing.

Dogs

Both cabins are pet-friendly. Our dog limit and any pet charge are still being confirmed. Please tell us about your dog before a stay is agreed.

These terms are a work in progress

We would rather publish an incomplete set of terms with the gaps clearly marked than invent policies that we might have to change later. The version in force for your stay will be the one sent with your written confirmation.
